5. Payments and Fees

5.1. Payment Terms:

• All payments are processed securely through our platform

• Developers will be paid upon successful completion of agreed milestones

• Innovators must fund projects before work begins

• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

• Disputes will be mediated by Deonhub support team

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. Project Ownership:

• Innovators retain rights to their project ideas

• Developers transfer rights to completed work upon full payment

• Both parties must respect existing intellectual property rights

• Deonhub retains all rights to platform content and features

• Users may not copy or reproduce platform features

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts for:

• Violation of these terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Harmful behavior

8. Limitation of Liability

Deonhub is not liable for:

• Disputes between users
• Quality of work delivered
• Loss of data or profits
